Hello, my name is Ken Rice. I have spent the majority of my adult life in nearly all of the various aspects of land development. I first worked with the United States military in the construction of bases and training areas across the Southeastern US. Afterwards I transitioned into site assessment, design and installation and later spent a number of years managing housing properties in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.
I am now looking to assist landowners of the Wiregrass who have a particular interest in developing revenue producing projects such as commercial retail, industrial complexes or multi-unit rental housing.
