Hey, I’m Tim Ingram. I was born in Houston County, Alabama graduating from Ashford High School in 1969 and Wallace Community College in 1971 with an Associate’s degree in Business. I have spent many years in the woods and on the farm developing a wealth of knowledge about land and the hunting business. With my gained knowledge and experience, I was able to convert the family farm into a wildlife paradise through habitat management and plot maintenance.
I started my career in Real Estate in 1993 after I founded Ingram Real Estate Co. I started developing land with 15 acres in Ashford, Alabama and developed Oakwood Lane. Shortly there after, I developed Ole Taylor Place in Ashford, Alabama in partnership with Alfred Saliba. I developed Stone Ridge Subdivision, Waterford Subdivision, and Thornberry Subdivision all located in Ashford, Alabama. I also developed Summer Ridge located on Prevatt Road in Dothan, Alabama. I have purchased, sold and developed large and small acreages all over the Southeast for clients. I offer professional land management and consulting advice. After several years in the Real Estate business and the tragic death of my son, John Ingram, in 2001, I began a career in law enforcement. After retiring from law enforcement, I re-founded Ingram Land and Development in 2009. We are located in Henry County, Alabama on County Road 99, 5 miles south of Abbeville, Alabama and 11 miles north of Headland, Alabama. We have a specialized team of agents that are up to date on the real estate market and news.
